A van makover

Next week we are making a start on doing a make over on the van.
We are painting through out and the new seat covers front and lounge are going on and finally some new curtains and pelmets are being put up.
It will be a complete transformation.

I want to mention a fantastic lady who is making all the cushion covers and curtains. I asked for all the cushion covers to be made with elastic edging so it would be easy to take on and off and nothing has been too much trouble.

She is based in Scotland and she has been so helpful over the phone.
I literally took the measurements for everything and she knocks them up within a couple of weeks at a really good price.

It might give me the impetus to make our our new cushions before we go to France. I impulse bought some very expensive material, as it was a world map, just to make cushions for Percy. :idea: Everything in the van has to have a dual purpose & I thought we could use them if we got lost.
