The KML file can also be used with Google Maps, which is how I use it. So even if you don't want to use a sat nav or download Google Earth, you can still have a versatile resource at your fingertips if you have a laptop and mobile broadband dongle.

I dont use the POIs, I am not in the UK and dont have the necessary hardware, but I like the rest of you appreciate the efforts of others to make our experiences better.
