A happy day on the van

I finally got time to work through my jobs list and spent a really happy day pottering around the van.

I replaced a dodgy alarm sensor
I washed the bit under the skylights that you can only reach standing on a stool inside
I fixed a couple of eyes to hold a bungee cord that'll stop things falling off a shelf
I moved the rubbish bin from a daft place to a sensible place
I took everything out of the garage, threw away things I haven't used for ages and found some things I'd lost
I found and fixed a rattle that's been annoying me for two years
I found the key to the electric bike battery that went walkabout the other month

and so on....

Nothing earth-shattering, just a satisfying day sorting out bits and bobs. I don't suppose anyone is interested, but just thought I'd share it will you all!

Wish I could when OH is visiting Sister in Turkey next week, but MH is in UK and we are in Poland. When we get it back here in Oct it will be getting cold.

Well i had lots of fun replacing a damp/rotten rear floor section due to a leak no sorted, then i had to sort a sticky front brake with siezed pistons on one half of caliper.:hammer:
When at it im re doing kids beds from nose to tail to across the van as there growing, not surprising as the eat all terrys bicys.:lol-053::lol-053::lol-053:
Any way i have covered all new floor panels with grp before fitting in ,& seals all joints with mastic so no water will ever get in again if there does happen to be a new leak in future.
I have also cut inspection holes to get to wast and fresh water large bungs,i cover with removable plates of either alloy or cast grp units.
