A few days in Scotland

Hi - we are going up to Loch Ness for a few days (from Manchester).

Stopping in Lockerbie tomorrow night as we won't leave till after 16:00hrs - has anyone stayed at the Lorry Park recently? As I might head to that just in case I can't find somewhere to spend the night.

Then up to Fort Augustus / Loch Ness on Thursday - Back down Saturday so not very long - Hope fully long enough to drive round the Loch.

Will let you know how we get on

Hi I havent used the Lockerbie lorry park as I live at Lockerbie. It is quite busy but is a large area. Plenty of places in Lockerbie itself to park where you will not cause a problem or in laybys along the B7076 which parallels the motorway and has very little traffic on it.
