Must admit, I would have grabbed one of these, even though my current one is working fine.
But by the time I have driven 10 miles to my local Wickes, they would probably be sold out. :sad:

It does seem that some stores do have stock (but only small stock), but they will sell out very quickly.

A marketing ploy I think-only available in store says it all.They just want to get you in the store in the hope that you buy something else,I'd like to know how many were sold at that price.

Don't be upset as soon as they advertised them they were sold out normal scam and marketing ploy.I remember being up at the crack of dawn outside Lidl once to buy a sds hammer drill at a bargain price and I was first in the queue before opening, when I got inside they were all gone....I had a go at the shop staff who said they only had one for sale,which was crap as I was first to the isles.
