long MOT, looks cheap to me at £ 4 - 5K.

She’s a rusty old bus and looks like she’s been bodged in the past and a pop top would be nicer.
Perfect size for exploring Scotland and can have more facilities on board than necessary like most motorhomes. Best vehicle I ever had was my T5 LWB. There must be something special about VW campers Trev given how popular they’ve always been.Isopon special, no loo etc, never understood the big hype about them to be honest, same with the bettle car, had one 1303 and thought it pure cr-p
Still a good project but good T25s are a bit cheaper than the other VWsIt would make a great little camper for somebody at the right price. Even if they only got 5 years out of it it would owe them nothing providing they didn't have to spend large amounts to get through an MOT.
It is just coming up to being mot and tax exempt. So they can bodge it up for as many years as they like.It would make a great little camper for somebody at the right price. I could never understand who thought it would be a good idea to make old cars mot exempt
A lot of classic insurance company’s are now asking for engineers report or MOT on some classics. It is just coming up to being mot and tax exempt. So they can bodge it up for as many years as they like.
