My 3 PAYG 4G Trio Data SIM Pack with 12GB Data sim is just about empty after 11 months use, I bought it from My Memory, and I see they still sell them for £27.99, are there any better deals around or is this still the best value, Cheers, Johnny.

I get mine from MyMemory too.. nice company to deal with. I haven't seen anything to beat their price.
There's a 24Gb version on Amazon that lasts for up to 2 years... works out cheaper per Gb or per month, whichever way you look at it.

That's an expensive option, 4gb for £40 is extortionate and it expires within 30 days.

At first glance it looked OK but I delved in a bit. Looks like they offer the option of PAYG (prepaid) data via top up or a data bundle. The prepaid data doesn't expire but the bundles do. The bundles look really expensive compared to other deals... £15 for 1GB that lasts only 10 days. For PAYG, they give you options for how much credit you want to put on the sim but I had to work very hard on the website to find out what that credit buys you, ie the cost of 1GB of PAYG/Prepaid data. I eventually found it... but still can't quite believe my eyes!!!!

If you look at the cost for use in the UK for example, it's £0.07 per MB. Taking 1GB as being 1024MB (I know a lot of people say 1000MB but I'll stick to the technical amount) that would cost £71.68 per GB :scared: Even if you round it to 1000MB, that's still £70 per GB. That just can't be right considering the Three Trio Sim works out at around £2 per GB! Then I checked for use in Spain and it was even more... £0.09 per MB.

I wonder if this is an old offering from when data was at a premium. It also looks to originate from somewhere outside the EU because roaming charges have been abolished here but they're quoting different prices for different EU countries.
