On of my fave spots to go to to avoid the Bank holiday masses....
High up in the hills along A VERY steep and narrow track overlooking the Cardigan bay....
Didn't cost a penny for parking (though if it cost handsomely I'd still pay for the solitude and views)

Spent a small fortune on food locally though ;-) and filled up fuel before we leave....
Also bobbed over to cregennen lake to have a walk and fixed the broken flush mechanism in the loo...
Nearly stopped there but as there was a van there already we didn't want to intrude.

Looks fab,but i must say you look rather knackered with that white beard you are sporting as you snuggle up under that blanket.

Looks fantastic and a great attitude to spoiling others solitude by the way. Wish others were as considerate.

A lovely part of the world, I wish I was there,

What great pics! It looks lovely there and your dog looks very happy. My step dog is a lurcher and my collie and I are still getting used to sighthound ways. They certainly like their creature comforts don't they?? And nice to see yours off the lead, I'm too scared :lol-053: Thank you for the post and pics x

Cheers.... Yes sighthounds aren't for everyone...
Though in fairness they do vary from retired Racing greyhounds that are so lazy it's hard to believe to Lurchers that can spot something furry on the surface of the moon on a cloudy night...

We sadly lost 2 of our big lurcher lads not long ago and my old border collie so are currently down to just the two whippety girls and a terriorist...from 5
All rescues and all have their own ways/issues... And steal the sofa/bed etc with complete aplomb...
We built the van around them so we could spend as, much time as possible on deserted beaches so they can hoon around without fear....
Fantastic to see them run and play...

Easy to keep a sighthounds amused on the beach.
