when my van washer (the wife)was doing her bit washing the van she shouted to me what is all this rust ?What i exclaimed RUST on a new motor
she was right.
she noticed the very rusty cross members behind the radiator grill
has any one else had this problem
there is no paint left on mine its rust only
or may be you have not noticed?
may be worth a look?

Just been and had a look at mine ,,been through water and off road a bit is ok.Hope you get it sorted ,can you take back and get a new one fitted , under warranty.
