2 Stroke generator,battery charging.Help!!

Hi Guys.Anybody found a battery charger that works well with the "dirty" waveform output from a 2 stroke 850watt generator? I dont fancy running it through my onboard system incase it damages it.

The old type battery chargers with a transformer will handle most waveforms and you can just clip the output onto your battery with a couple of croc clips as the onboard charger won't even know it's there.

Thats kind of what I thought,I will troll through eBay for a old charger,I have a 4 and 8 amp charger of that type but would like 12/16/20 amps
or so to speed things up .I have several batteries at 110 ah or so.
