Hey folks just about to set off for a few days next week.... no blown air heating but have a catalytic (which will of course be used safely to just take the chill factor out)..... Just wondering if anybody is out there with no heating... how cold is it?

Bally and long johns packed already in anticipation..... :):cool:

Depends where your going, I take 2 duvets and a women,
Keeps me nice and warm ;)

Well I would'nt go to Scotland with no heating just now!!!!

Take it from me, it's cold and tends to feel damp too.

I have no heating or insulation either. I once tried a gas catalytic converter but the van soon became quite fumey and produced a mass of condensation so was never used again.

A good set of thermals, hat and hot water bottle or heatpad are probably a better bet.

3 sleeping bags.!!!

One to lie on
One to sleep in
Ones has a duvet..

And when shes dry a german shepheard dog to cuddle up to.

Channa

You will be ok in Shropshire at the moment, weather not to cold and forecast for the next few days 6-7 deg. Was at the Shrews V Bournemouth match yesterday (Freebie) so no comments please, and it was quite warmish.

Enjoy your trip.
Bill.

Thanks (again) Bill... was walking home from work this morning at 7am and it did feel warmer by a couple of degrees which was nice... and got a couple of things I need to take care of so gonna go next week now 8th/9th where i'm thinking will be a bit warmer (milder then)....
