12v electrics issue

Hi All, I'm looking for some advice re my electrics in my Auto sleeper Kemerton (Peugeot Boxer).. After being on hook up at the weekend the 12v habitation feed is now staying live when the van is running, this is normally disabled once the van is running.. The fridge 12v feed is not working, the leisure battery is not charging from the alternator and there is no power to my LPG gauge.. The van step is still functioning OK and retracts when I start the van.. I've tested 2 x fuses which sit just outside the leisure battery box and tested some of the fuses on the EC155 controller and all appear to be OK.. I'm an novice when it comes to van electrics so just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction, I'm guessing it could be a fuse / relay issue but I've really no idea 🤷‍♂️.. Thanks in advance Wilfee

Autosleeper and Autotrail suffer from the Sargent em40 failure, Autotrail have recalled their motorhomes and changed them for the upgraded em41, whereas Autosleeper are refusing to accept that their is a problem, and not changing them.
If you Google Sargent em40 issues there is a lot about it out there,
So it would be worthwhile having a look at the wiring at the rear of your em40 and look for any burn marks on the plugs at the rear

OK.. Thanks for that info.. I'll take a look.. 👍 😁

It also points to the alternator D+ not having power to give a signal to the relays, worthwhile checking because it is probably cheaper but I think Richard has hit the nail on the head

Thank you for the reply.. Looks like I'm going to have to try and find someone to look at this for me, think it's beyond my abilities and knowledge to sort myself..
