12 Hours of rain now the suns out

We are just outside Oliver in Spain. Started raining last night about 2am and it sounded like a group of overweight clog dancers jumping up an down on the roof. Then we had thunder and lightening etc and then constant rain. It’s just starting to clear up now after 12 hours.

The ground sheet is floating and the awning is still in one piece.

Been a strange holiday so far with the weather. You get a few nice hot days with loads of mossies then it clouds up and starts raining again. Must be something to do with all the good weather at home in Uk.

Yes London is roasting, the sun is so strong I only pop out for a couple of minutes and I go back indoors with a fan on me.

Been in the south of France and nipped over the border into Spain for the last 5 1/2 weeks and in the main the weather has been fekking diabolical :mad2:

We've only had 5 or 6 decent days then back to torrential rain and lately violent thunderstorms.

We admitted defeat and have made our way northwards ready for the ferry on tuesday.

Now for the past 3 days it's glorious, clear blue skies and baking hot.

Good is it not lovely rain don,t worry getting better next week but we still need more rain or my fish will get up and walk out of the lake :lol-049::lol-049::lol-049:
