No toll in Poland. Most of the motorways are free. We went on one that was fee paying for over 3.5ton. Tried to pay online. When I contacted the toll organisation, I was told it only applied to freight. Don't remember tolls in Latvia. Lithuania or Estonia. Was there late summer last year.

We transit CH regularly in car and moho. Really easy. Buy annual vignette or >3.5 ton 10 day pass at the border. Sadly no such thing as a day pass.
