I would put the cut off switch AND the 250A fuse between the battery and the bus bar (Have just done similar with a 460Ah fogstar, and 2000W inverter).
I used a quality switch like this one, not the cheap £10 eBay ones!!

We found Islay one of the best and friendliest places to WC, all the locals wave at you, even taxi drivers. Options for waste disposal as well. My favourite Scottish Island, and I live in Scotland! Don't believe the calmac woman, she is out of order... Loads of places to WC, all recommended.
I would go with Canalsman suggestion ... a semi blocked fuel filter (or some issue with fuel lines, like leaky joint).
May also be worth putting some diesel cleaner through the system as a simple option.
For battery isolation, I am using these Durite ones....cheaper ones are available, but these are so much better quality.. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/204618604633
Good luck with Devon conversions, we picked ours up from them 3 weeks ago (not new, but in as new condition).
Their prices (for a small converter) are quite reasonable, but maybe they don't have all the extras (like vantage /autosleeper etc) as standard.
You probably already know, but getting a...
This cant be right, Renolgy quote 90%, which admittedly is quite poor, but that would be 250W wasted, not 1100W...
For comparison, Victron 2000VA inverter quote 92%, although widely tested as low as 89%. They all seem to be fairly inefficient...
If It detects 240V on its mains INPUT connector, it passes this 240v through direct to its 2 mains OUTPUT sockets (10A max).
When the 240V input is removed (eg Remove EHU) then it detects this, and switches the inverter circuits on, and supplies its 2 output sockets with 'inverter' power.
Quite...
I just bought the same Bosch battery for my 4 year old start stop Sevel van for £189 delivered next day from BMS technologies. Fitted it last night.
Like yours, it had deactivated the start stop due to insufficient battery power.
(Bosch S5A15)
Might do likewise, the deal seems to last till Aug 26. Tempting to go for the 3000W for £201, but its quite a bit bigger...The remote on/off switch looks useful, to isolate it, to reduce the standby power (which is quite high at 1.3A).
One function I like is the ability to automatically switch...
Renogy have some good deals via their ebay store, with 20% off at the moment. (EG 3000w pure sine inverter £201 and 50A DC - DC with MPPT for £176).

Only have 100W at the moment, via a small Victron mppt.......may upgrade sometime in the future
OK, this is actually a bit more pricey than the victron, but it does 2(or 3) jobs at once. Max is 660W of solar with it. Quite like the monitor function...
A quickie... the renogy 50A dc / dc charger includes an MPPT for solar (max 25v though), and a battery condition monitor, all for similar price to the victron... decisions, decisions..!
Good choice on the Orion, its very small compared to Sterling ones...
I may go for the Victron AC charger (A bit more expensive than the fogstar one)
There are so many inverters at very cheap to very expensive. I think the Renogy ones seem to have a good reputation?
Just looking at Alpha, and their 400Ah 'Explorer' battery (with heaters and BMS) is around £920 with our discount (The 300Ah one is around £770) . Anyone have any comparisons with the fogstar?
