Breakfast

One-Pan Veggie Scramble
  • Ingredients: 2 eggs, diced onion, bell pepper, spinach, salt & pepper.
  • Method: Crack eggs into the pan, add veggies, stir and cook until set.

Lunch

Pan Toasted Sandwich
  • Ingredients: Bread, cheese, deli turkey or chicken, optional tomato.
  • Method: Assemble sandwich, toast in the same pan on low heat until golden.

Dinner

One-Pot Pasta
  • Ingredients: Pasta, canned tomatoes, garlic, frozen spinach, shredded cheese.
  • Method: Put pasta and tomatoes in the pan, add water to cover, cook until pasta soft. Stir in spinach and cheese at the end.

Snack

  • Use the pan to lightly toast nuts or make a quick fruit sauté with a little butter.

Sausage, Bacon, Egg, Black Pudding, Beans, Tomatoes, Fried Slice(s), Hash Browns

Lunch;

Bacon, Egg, Sausage, Fried Slice(s), Tomatoes, Hash Browns, Beans, Black Pudding

Black Pudding, Beans, Sausage, Egg, Bacon, Fried Slice(s), Hash Browns, Tomatoes

Snack;

Bacon Sandwich with optional Sausage

Not dissing Blair but this sounds much better to me. Maybe add some mushrooms.

Hame made soup

Tea ( as above )
Fillet steak seared on the cadac fried onion and tomatoes tatties or tattie wedges with garlic n chilli. Washed doon with a beer.

Ah yes the good old macrobiotic diet
 
You lot do some eating.
Me toast marmalade and coffee breakfast.
Some times go out for a meal inn afternoon which is small and mainly with fish.
Evening a bowl of porage with maybe a banana chopped up and added, still 2 stone over weight.:(
 
For a one-day outing, I keep meals simple, high-energy, and easy to prep.


  • Breakfast: oatmeal with dried fruit and nuts — light and quick.
  • Lunch: tortillas with peanut butter, honey, or jerky for protein.
  • Dinner: one-pan meal — cook rice or noodles, toss in canned chicken or tuna, and season with a spice packet.

Keeps cleanup minimal and energy high without hauling tons of gear.
 
Breakfast - nowt...except several cups of decaff coffee

Dinner - 100gms of sugar/salt free muesli with skimmed milk

Tea - usually a carb free home made meal from the Keto recipe book

Net effect - 2 stone weight loss in 2 months (y)

lemon drizzle cake covered in thick whipped cream

cup of tea with 2 sugars to swill down a traybake covered with strawberry jam and dessicated coconut

a kit kat and a lie down

It's just as easy to clean up in the van as it is at home really.

For me anyway as I don't have to do it. :)

You'd be climbing up the walls and bouncing off hem, with all that sugar in you wouldn't you? :D
