Found a new van one I like at last.

That bed looks a bit small to me Kev. Might be the camera angles. It would be ok solo though :D Looks like you will have to shuffle down it to get off as well. Lounge looks a bit sitty uppy as well. No real easy way to "lounge". Thats just my thoughts though.

Yer at it .
Think kev has enough red flags

I agree with both those points, you'd have to go see it.

Just looking at a A class, which I'd never buy despite it being really good.

Why wouldn't you buy an A Class? I mean, doubt I would either
When we were buying and selling, we looked at loads, but A, I felt they were awful to drive, it wasn't the width as I happily drive 7.5t trucks, and all had issues with bodywork around the hab doors.

We where looking at A class, specifically the Carthago Compactline 143 with a deleted dropdown bed, as it's only marginally bigger than our Campscout PVC when we have bikes on the back, so stood a good chance of being able to get it on our drive at the 'old house'. In the end we decided we would stick to a PVC, one thing to consider with A class is the windscreen, if you get a broken one they are very expensive to replace, and not always readily available, so if you are not interested in a dropdown bed you would be better off with the same layout in a coachbuilt.

I have had van conversions, coachbuilt and A class motorhomes. I like van conversions and A class but would not look at another coachbuilt.

Looks like the back2backs do, so I'd imagine a factory cab and chassis would too.
