Wild Camping In Southern Ireland--Any Ideas?

Off for 10 days to Southern Ireland and looking for some nice places to park up for the night.
I have already had one of our members send me a couple of spots which I will try. He sent them by Private Message, which I think is a good idea, this will discourage over use of the wild spots by users of this site who may not be members or may just visit this site for such (free) information.
I am a paid up member and downloaded the POI file, but to be honest, I am not too sure if I am going to be able to use the information as it is a hire 'van.
Your PM's will be gratefully received.
Thanks

Thanks Georget1, it looks like you are the only member to actually know anything about Southern Ireland, it looks like no wildcampers have ever been.
Southern Ireland can be found to the south of Northern Ireland, it can be reached by ferry from several ports on the west coast of England, Scotland and our choice, Holyhead in Wales.
If any of you do manage to find it, please let me know.:lol-053:

Shelling hill Beach, just out East of Dundalk. If you talk to the owners at Alwee Caves in county Clare they will let you wild camp in the car park. Carrigaholt, in the village car park - just south of Kilkee, county Clare. by the way no dogs are alowed on the beaches in County Clare................ In case any one is interested.
