Wallas xc duo operation.

I commissioned the xc duo this afternoon... blinking He** it hot!
I understand how to switch on and off the thermostatic control (ie. Min max min max twice) and the lower left hand 'lid down heater' symbol goes on and off as it should.
Now my question: Should the hob symbol light up at some stage and if so how?

Thank you that's great. I'm at that stage now.
I think the four circles which look like a hob are simply a graphic.
They don't illuminate in the video either.
Unless anyone knows better.
