Just to be pedantic it's the EHIC that you need to produce.

I fail to see how you can be denied treatment for a specific condition!
 
That letter above does not entirely align with statements on the gov.wales website:-
In particular no mention below of 3 nights minimum and 2 nights pre-booking. They really have no idea of how our sector works but, then, why am I not surprised?

My guess?

It looks as though whichever government minion(s) tasked with responding to enquiries from the general public (and probably still working from home) have looked up the big campsite groups online (CMC, C&CC etc) and just copied what they've stated on their websites as part of their response.

Exactly our thoughts. If you read the letter carefully it's even wrong grammatically. We have responded, if only to try and prod said 'minion' into doing a proper job.
