hallo people!!
this is a ride that i had last weekend
and since then i fell in love with that kind of van.
2 days trip at north Greece with VW T3 model of 1984.
Night under the moonlight was really something else.
For just few minutes i was worry for the fire in the kitchen to cook,
but kitchen is for that reason there!!!
Here is a video that i make with some photos inside.

Brilliant van. But also isn't Greece brilliant for wild camping. And so much of it that is completely unspoilt.

We've just bought a house/base in Lefkada to free us up to explore Greece (and the rest of Europe) without having to count 90 days. We have only scratched the surface so far but both the mainland and all the islands are brilliant.

If anyone is interested in doing it from the UK, the drive down via Switzerland and a ferry across from Italy is a great journey in itself.

Why does the house in Greece mean that you don't have to count the 90 days?

Why does the house in Greece mean that you don't have to count the 90 days?
In our case we obtained full Greek residency cards before the Brexit shutter came down - so the house not strictly needed. You can get them if you prove you were in Greece for at least half of 2020. Although they don't always insist on the full six months as Covid was an exceptional reason.

The house gives us a base to make staying there longer term easier - plus the option for "golden visa" residency cards in case we don't keep up the required six months in Greece each year for the next three years when we are become eligible for permanent residency cards.
