Symptoms, switch set to heat the room. Light green, water hot, room blower works for a few minutes very slowly.
Possible cause, dud thermostat.
Test by disconnecting from pcb, blower should run full blast.
If it does, reconnect and check that room thermostat is clean. After cleaning and still not working correctly possibly thermostat dud or other fault.
