We are doing the same. In Spain at the moment starting to head back in a week or so. Ferry booked for 30th.

im off to portugal tonight on midnight ferry easy to leave this wet weather behind me returning after brexit !!!

We are in Spain and hoping to stop until next Spring. We have heard 2 versions of the future. One is Schengen rules start and will give us 3 months to get out. The other is that Schengen won't start until we leave and want to come back in. Not sure anyone really knows and as usual I can't trace any help from UK gov.
