On the flipside of the sun visor there is a clear plastic sleeve, we have the relevant dimensions on a card slipped into this.

We had a dims sticker on each sun visor so that either of us could check it quickly.

I've done the same thing. Have them on each sun visor.
Perfect for a quick reassuring check when you are about to turn on to a country road and see a height restriction sign.
