Thetford Door Lock

Over night we have had 3 outside locker doors broken into on our Fiat Ducato Swift Royale 1997. Nothing as been taken and it doesn’t look as though anything’s been touched in the lockers. Luckily they didn’t touch the habitation door or the cab doors, no marks whatsoever. Seems as though it was just sheer vandalism. We have managed to replace the locks on the gas locker and the storage locker but we can’ t find a replacement for the Thetford MK2 door lock. Keep being told it’s obsolete. Been ringing around most of the day and no luck. Anyone have any suggestions?.

Think I would try caravan breakers. You may have to buy a door with the lock in but i would have thought you might find something. O'learys, based near Hull, carries lots of obsolete spares too.

Thanks for the reply. Tried O’learys, Magnums and the caravan breakers in South Wales. It’s a no go.

Speak to a friendly dealer, and ask them if Arleigh international ave one they don't deal direct with the public

I think I described it wrong it’s not the key barrel that’s damaged it’s the latch that the key lifts.
