Finally got the bike back after 6 months,a harley 2003 flhrci roadking classic import.I took it for an mot ,it need new rear shocks as 1 was leaking.While waiting for the parts ,the workshop was ramraided ,smashing all the bikes inside. The damage had to be assessed by the insurance,it needed new exhausts,rear indicator arm,all the panels ,mudguards,tank had to be repaired and sprayed. All i need now is some decent weather so i can get out..(got to keep them white walls clean).

Harleys have improved since you rode one,..Try one you could put your false teeth in your pocket..

Hi Chris enjoy your Road King Classic, this was my 2000 Road King Classic which I owned for 11 years travelled to France, Belgium, Germany, Benidorm, The Faro ralley in Portugal and it never missed a beat, when I part exchanged it in 2011 it still had its original battery fitted.

In 2007 I had to have the Harley triked because my wife’s arthritis of the spine got that bad as she couldn’t get on the bike, here’s a picture of us in Germany 2010 on the trike with tear drop caravan on the back.

My mates just had a new front end fitted to his Hardly.

I bought a new ex american ww2 Indian, came in a wooden crate in parts and had to be assembled, took ages to get grease off it, great bike, pan saddle, foot clutch and hand change.
Many happy hours as a young hooligan riding around the countryside

My mate is at the NEC Birmingham bike show. He was given a bollocking

for jumping Robmacs new bike on the demo track.
