Hi,

Who's cheapest for refillable cylinders at the moment? Do we get any discounts? I can't see anything in the discounts bit, but I'm sure I remember Phil saying we did.

Thanks.

Try Avon Autogas at bedminster, they came out to me and fitted on my drive, l found they were the cheapest in the area, ideal for you.
Very helpful.

That's quite funny, these are both the same people and the ones I've just been looking at :)

Prices do seem good, and great as it's close to me. I'll give him a ring on Monday.

Cheers.

He is a little controversial in his views but basically he believes that any cylinder which you exchange as a refill you can refill yourself. He has a large gas tank at home for his central heating and a lpg pump so it is easy for him to do safely but he has often posted advise on how to do it and which adaptor to use at various outlets in various countries. If you have a question, I'm sure he would not mind if you PM'ed him.

It may take a while for him to reply as he tends to winter abroad so may not have internet access all the time.

Richard

Basically all you may need is something like UK Bayonet LPG Filling Point Filler to Calor FLOGAS Bottle LONG Adapter | eBay and a gas cylinder. As I said though, controversial

actually these days i tend to just use spanish or moroccan bottles far cheaper than filling up . leave maroc with a full one and then leave spain with two full bottles lasts till i go again.
many have been filling bottles since the 70,s that i know . its not a new idea.
also you can get american refillable bottles very cheap from yank importers .

Hi Alan,

I hope you didn't mind me using your name.

I have not heard about the American ones?
