I recently had a minor accident in my campervan,cracked bumper,dented wing and front grill,the company i am insured with is KGM MOTOR INSURANCE,my citroen relay converted van is insured as a second vehicle and limited to 5000 miles a year and cost £177 fully comp
I phoned them and explained that the accident was my fault, i was contacted by bodycraft Halesowen the same day ,they have had my camper a week and have been told that i should get it back monday fully repared (all new parts).
What service!,no paperwork to fill in,all sorted over the phone with very polite staff ,all done and dusted.

But wait to next years renewal and see if you do still think they are great!

I will have to waite and see,at the end of the day thay have done what all insurers should do and sorted the problem in a superb manner and there was no a hint of sherking there responsibilitys,brilliant job.
The fact that i had not claimed from a policy in 25 years might have had something to do with it,GOOD JOB KGM !!!.

A case of shopping about, Some insures may not give a hoot about your claim. There are so many factors which influence whom they want on their books you just have to shop about

Hi again,i have have just re-insured my camper with FRANK PICKLES £170 fully comp as a second vehicle ,5000 limited miles (only done 3500 in the last 2 years),£100 excess apart from glass £75 and obviously declared my accident.
Try them out and ask for barry who seems a genuine bloke,cheers Shawbags.
