Same thing happened in F1 practice this week

I remember driving down the M1 when the jib of a JCB on the lorry in front me hit the bridge. A huge lump of concrete came off the bridge, bounced off the road, over my car and I drove under it before it landed a second time.

Oh I've just remembered ... I worked at a nick where we left the gates open during the day unless the security level was raised. Some traffic cops were visiting in a Transit, they drove in at great speed (as traffic cops do) and the top of the gate way knocked the blue lights off. Mechanics came and fitted a replacement light bar and set off to return the vehicle back to its base. As they left the new light bar made the same fate. After that the gates were shut and we refused entrance to Police Vans.
