Hi everyone,

Looking forward to some great discussions with like minded people, I'm pretty new to this having only had my motorhome 6 months, some friends who are seasoned campers said, if you are prepared to camp at this time of year (November-April) you will be fine. We do favor the more wild/rural retreats and we are looking forward to many weekends away from the rat race.

Welcome. Whilst it is becoming harder to find places that are far from the madding crowd, there are still many wonderful places in England to explore. My one piece of advice is to go to places not well known on the holiday list. I had a wonderful two weeks in north Essex- who would have thought!!
