Inverter installation advice

Must be a very low amperage charger to do so on a 150w inverter.
My mobility scooter would charge okay on my old 300W inverter Trev but it was a very slow charge. In the house it’s an overnight job (or was as I haven’t used it since fitting lithium battery’s). It once caught me out in the van after I forgot I had it on charge during the day at a WC meet in poor weather. Pulled my old lead acid battery bank too low before I got to it. Low but consistent draw, the fast charge on escooter means it’s easier to charge when solar good or moving though

I am investigating a 1500w pure sine wave inverter.
I do not want to give it prime room. There may be room under the car. Is the ventilation and cooling needed for an inverter, probably only ever used in short bursts, possible inside a waterproof box in such a place? maybe with ventilation up into the interior?
