Just renewed my campervan insurance with Staverley gone up a bit from last year finished up at £305, 1 years NCB ps, they accepted wild camping as a club you need to be in so happy.
 
I have suspended my van Insurance with Comfort for a month as it always comes up for renewal 1st April each year and this causes problems as we are often in Spain or somewhere in March and as I don't do on line when away on our travels I cannot access the documents for downloading and one is supposed to have ORIGINAL documents when in Spain , so my van is now Sorned and uninsured in my garden till the 1st May when I will start using it again,I have some jobs to do on the van so it does not matter that I can't drive it at the moment, I intend to shop around for Insurance at this time so will have a look at staverley that you recommend, Comfort could never offer me an extra months insurance when I asked them to get away from the !st April renewal date , I think my renewal is £400 this time but that includes breakdown cover , so we shall see.
 
Do bear in mind that if your 'van is uninsured it remains at risk even if it's in your garden.
