I thought I had with the Head Unit but not reliable enough.

Bought one of these .. Chinese Android 9 10.1" Head Unit ..



It fitted in the hole in the dash and then the screen goes on the front. It looked really good with it's 10.1" display. Managed to get iGO Pal running with latest maps and had a decent DAB Radio. Been working fine for a couple of weeks then today I switched it on and the screen came on then went off and a horrible smell of burning.

So removed and the old one is back in.

Lesson to self .. If it ain't broken don't play around with it.

You may not see it but you will have to wash it nowt worse than black .
