I bought a mistake.

It is still going and hopefully will continue to do so. It will be going to Lyndon Top if it is.

I bought one couple of years ago as a run around. Picked a petrol turbo automatic and it was a death trap. You would sit at an island waiting for a space then put your foot down to go and absolutely nothing would happen until the turbo kicked in. Trying to judge when it was going to go did not work. Kept it for a year and then sold it before I killed myself. Has to be one of the worst cars I have owned together with a Landrover Defender 90.

Over the years I’ve bought a few cars I wish I hadn’t. But I’ve sold more that I wish I hadn’t.

Classics are good but also work, they often need your attention, though also a nostalgia blast. Functional is always someone elses opine, though depending where you go and what you need. Power steering is also a luxury to some and others not missed. Though a Computor is not really driving though to many it now is. Like buying a vehicle not knowing if it is creating engine codes etc is now a phemona as opposed to having service history.
