Hi all. Well I finally made it. Im sat here in a stunning campsite in Holland Beek en Hei. Only 19 euro includes hook up, chem toilets, showers, free wi fi . Its great and right close to De Hoge Veluwe national park. Im sat watching free sat tv drinking beer and laughing at Theresa May. I can only say the difference between my journey in England to here was shocking. The roads are perfect, not a single pot hole. Drivers are for the most part good, service stations arnt ripping me off. Even the sat nav works great. The road signs are easy to follow. The 120 is as usual working perfectly. So much different to say Whitby where I was forced to park in a scabby lay by full of used mcdonalds shite and not being able to over night in car parks. Im loving this touring thing, pop on the radio, a few sounds, pull over where I want, go where I want. Do try De Hoge Veluwe. Its big flat and you can park outside and pick up a free bike to cycle round the park. Or take the motorhome inside have a drive around and look for wildlife. Cost 19 euro all day admission or 9 euro parking outside. Tomorrow im looking to photograph wild Mouflon but even if I get nothing, im totally sold on touring Europe and can see why so many of you guys do it. Yes things may go wrong but hey that's life. Ok the missus isn't with me.....oh hold on....how far is Amsterdam? LOL!!!! Oh to be young again!
