Dometic 9 series fridge door catch

Hi
Can someone help?
My travel door catch seems to have broken and I cannot lock the door.
Everything seems in place although a spring was hanging down, which I have now replaced but it doesn’t seem to do anything.
The catch won’t stay out for the door to lock.
Anyone fixed this problem in the past?

Cant help with a fix, without an image. However, opposite of hinge side and at top of door, is there not a bracket fixed to fridge main body where you locate a 6mm dia pin, which is extra security so door does not open while in transit?

No it doesn’t unfortunately.
