We had a dog poisoned on Scarborough beach about 40 years ago. I still remember it vividly and I would only have been about 7.

I live in Scarborough and have 2 dogs (both living).

This is not a Scarborough problem. It is a well known problem with Burton Riggs nature reserve.

It is next to the huge council owned tip and is polluted with god knows what.

For non locals the location is near Morrisons next to the old Scarborough Building Society.
