Coachbuilt woodwork problems

Hello Everyone
I'm a new boy and have been very much enjoying motorhoming since buying a Transit based Herald Squire in March. I've found this site to be excellent and have learnt a lot from you all - thanks. My first real worries came yesterday when I noticed the door frame had dislodged slightly. This went back with little difficulty but on investigation I have found there has been water ingress behind a trim which runs from the bottom of the door to the rear of the van over the line where the aluminium body ends and the sill starts. The wood behind this trim (to which it all appears to be attached) has rotted away badly. I'm now concerned that ther may be considerable wood rot in other areas of the van. It is 11 years old and otherwise in very good condition. I'm assuming that the motorhome body is wooden framed. Can anyone advise how critical the wooden frames are, how feasable repair/replacement is and any recommendations on who can do this type of work. I'm based in North Wales.
Thanks
