Hi

I am ready to buy my first motorhome!! I am going to see a 1998 Murvi Morello tomorrow at Clearway Motorhomes. It has 100,000 on the clock.

1. Anyone dealt with Clearway with either good or bad views?
2. Is 100,000 miles to many for a Ducato?

Thanks

Alan

Not sure about Clearway... but if it's a diesel and it's been regularly serviced and otherwise looked after, 100,000 is probably fine by a long shot. My mate's got a diesel with over 180,000 and it's still going strong.

Personally, I wouldn't think about a petrol motorhome, not with 100,000. That's just me, though.

Hi Yorkcov, I know nowt about Clearways, but I sold my 1999 Murvi Morello " 2.8 TD" after 115.000 still running beautifully, but it was serviced by me every 8.000 miles.

Any problems with the internal fixtures then Murvi will do a refurbish for you.

It is a Turbo Diesel

Hi

Hi
They are quite local to me. Never bought from them but went in several times when I was looking to buy my first M/Home. They seem very friendly but prices can be a bit high. My sister in law lost her husband and Clearway sold their M/Home for her with no problems.

every diesel i have had has done well over a 100k, one did 250,000 miles and was going strong (someone bought the car just for the engine off me!!!!!)

well looked after not a problem, infact im the type who rareley changes oil, waits for the warning light to come on (often over a year later) before doing owt with the oil.

100k is nowt, but then i have had german engines, not sure about a Fiat.
