I'd go for Bedford South Wing being renamed 'Captain Tom Hospital', a little tear would be in my eye every time I go in.

I don't think a statue outside Westminster is appropriate. I think any statue should be where he lived in Bedford.
I got the impression that Sir Tom was a humble man.
I also agree with other posters that naming wards in hospitals would be appropriate.
