Hi to all,
I'm changing from butane to propane, do I need a 37 mbar regulator?

Cheers, Dogseal.

Hi Dogseal.
I am not an expert but as I understand it propane with a standard (propane) 37 mbar reg will give the same gas supply as butane with a standard (butane) 28 mbar reg and therefore no adjustments will be required to the equipment you are running. I am assuming that you are not on the new 30 mbar euro standard setup. TIP. When changing the reg renew the hose unless it's been done recently as they do deteriorate.

Regards Geoff.

Cheers guys. I swapped a nearly empty blue cyl for a full red one at Waudby's
Last weekend..Well stocked shop, helpfull staff. While I was in there I got a TV
signal booster & a new weatherproof aerial socket.

Sound advice, I'll get a new regulator.

PS Gaz, If you see this..Dumfries & Galloway on new years eve ..Or what mate!
