Noticed several vehicles with Blue Disabled Badges ticketed on Scarborough seafront last week - just on the Grand Hotel side of the harbour. Apparently the Blue Badge doesn't apply just there because there are also no loading signs. The Blue badge only applies in the dedicated disabled section nearer the Grand Hotel end.
