Are Solar-Powered Fridges the Future of 4x4 Camping?

Some new 4x4 fridges come with built-in solar panels to reduce battery drain. Are these practical, or is a standard battery-powered fridge still the better choice?

230v fridge with a few batteries and a smart inverter, min 200w solar and 200ah batts, if you can go for lipo4.
I run like this and no bother at all.
