Well i have recently sold my vw t4 poptop camper and im looking for a replacement. valued up to £10k
I want a minimum of a 5 berth unless i can get a 4 berth with bunk beds, has to be deseil and right hand drive and less than 20ft. i know for a vw t4 based - 1994 Swift Royale 2.4d Manual. 5 berth with shower etc etc. 2 owners from new, 53k miles going for £9k but dont know much about them, apart from i love the layout and the way they drive , look? any advice appreciated, i have pasted the link below but think its a subscribed section of the forum so you might not be able to view it?

Hello Hobbsy! I have a t4 a 2001 1.9 td. They are really good vans and I can get 40 mpg and 600 miles
On a tank.I think that the 2.4 diesel was a five cylinder engine, which made up for the lack of a turbo.I have seen some german import ones with a retro fitted turbo.Think they have the same or maybe better performance than my 1.9 td.The thing with transporters is that the badge precedes them,so you have to go by the overall condition, drive ,service history etc.Mine has been very reliable and really confortable on a long journey and you can hear the radio over 50 mph.good condition ones do tend to command more money than similar age vans from other manufactures.
