Hi, does anyone know where I could get hold of a 50mb Butane clip on regulator, I have tried Calor who said they used to stock them but dont any more, I have also tried a few other companies without sucsess, many thanks.

hi.try googling .B.E.S..they can i,m sure supply a clip on adaptor that you can then screw on a german 50mbr regulator. it converts the clip on back to the old screw on type like most of europe use. if you should get stuck i might be able to fish an adaptor out. think i have a spare .i tend to use them alot on my camper as i use the old type regulator in maroc . they only cost a quid or so here.

Do you really need 50 mbar?
My German van was originally 50 mbar (it says so in the gas locker).
I have a refillable bottle (30 mbar) and a normal bottle (37 mbar) and all my appliances work properly.
And why Butane? Propane is much better for cold weather

european standard for both butane and propane is now 30Mb for both butane and propane , runs everything just fine for me having previously used 27 , 37 and 50
