3/4 G External Aerial

Thanks I saw very similar by Maxview https://cpc.farnell.com/maxview/mxl050/roam-mobile-3g-4g-wi-fi-system/dp/AP03593# which has good reviews the Huawei B311 hasn't been any problem when in the van except in some remote parts of Portugal It's just the last few weeks at home that the signal has slowed right up I was hoping a external Ariel might help or maybe I'll just wait until the emmits go home and theres more signal to go around again
For wireless broadband in a domestic setting I would highly recommend a directional aerial, since it should be relatively straightforward to work out where the mobile mast is and therefore in which direction the signal is strongest. When I lived in a remote cottage in Ireland a few years ago, 1 mile from the closest neighbours and 12 miles from the nearest small town, I was pessimistic about the possibility of getting a decent internet connection. I bought a directional antenna from eBay, screwed it to an 18 ft length of 3x2 and screwed that as high as I could get it up the electricity pole, probably breaking all sorts of rules in the process. Armed with data from https://www.comreg.ie/industry/radio-spectrum/site-viewer/ I aligned it to the nearest mobile mast a mile away but thanks to heavy tree cover in that direction the signal was poor. There was another mast 5 miles away, almost a clear line of site across farmland. The signal went from a very wobbly 3G to stable 4G, I can't remember the speed test results but it was good enough for streaming video and online gaming.
