Thinking of fitting one to the cold supply to the kitchen tap. The Whale looks an easy fit but the price per filter is high. Has anyone any experience of fitting a 'fridge' type inline filter?

If it a tap with wirescoming out then it has a microswitch tat opertaes the pump. If the cable becomes a bit worn in the tap it can prompt odd behaviour. I have changed one -it is not too difficult.

it will record break ins / show external activity at night. Also can be viewed on the internet. But my question really is abut the practicality of mounting these devices.

Solution!! Having revisted everything wiring etc I decided that it must be a panel issue. Thanks to Amazon's speedy delivery I ordered 2 replament 100w renorgy's and plugging them in charging jumped from less than 1 amp to over 5. Thanks to everyone for their interest and suggestions.

Battery is not fully charged ...so not being float charged.

The starter battery terminal will only accept a 5a cable! Sliders are correctly set.

Have a battery meter showing 75% charge. Green mppt light shows but not battery full light.

We have a 6 speed 140 power and get 30mph. No fast hard driving -rarely above 56mph. Also some ues of diesel heting in winter.
