    I am averaging 28 to 31 with my LWB 2.1 sprinter fully loaded including full water tank and I don't spare the horses. Smooth as silk and plenty of power. Noticed I get better mileage using super premium diesel.

    I have a Truma 4e from year 2000 and the frost control vent is now not supplied. The instructions say to turn off water pump and empty water heater if frost is forecast.

    The Leoch lead carbon require a 14.7 to 14.9 volt charging rate. I have a Victron invertor\ charger and when set up this is capable of charging the Leoch's. Don't know if your charger is capable of charging at this rate.

    Alpha batteries do a AGM Lead Carbon battery at a good price and I can say they are excellent. I would use these over a normal lead acid.

    I have victron inverter/charger, two Leoch lead carbon batteries giving 230amps, a small domestic 240v fridge and I am happy.
