Checked it out yesterday; black and grey waste disposals, and water tap on left hand side when through the barrier. Pitches all with gravel standing and alternate so that rear pitches still get a good view.
The normal parking area has now been reduced and has a height and side barrier...
Definitely not a good decision for both us and the community, but the flooding estimation is a real problem that we will all suffer from, and at least this has been identified before spending all that money the Council had been able gather for the Aire.
Very surprised at the CAMC club allowing Elsan & water point outside at New England Campsite, I queried why they would not allow this on their sites for a small charge similar to the CCC club, and their archaic response drove me into cancelling my membership with them!!
As colinm says, its a pain getting in and out with the end infill in place. We have the 2012 campscout and still use a double with the infill & board removed; I would let ours go to you, but we are keeping it for when we may sell our van.
Numerous signs put up by local community indicating no overnight parking or camping due to risk of flooding flooding, but no problems over use during the day. Toilets available.
I've checked with OM and there is no way to change the particular dataset within the OM App, but you can export the bookmark set and modify if it (if you are geeky) and then import it back. There are some instructions about modifying the KML set, but not easy for novices I'm afraid...
Well done those that have started entering their wildcamps etc, we haven't been recording anything because we understood the 'challenge' was paused for this year, but it is good to see fellow members still getting out and about.

Gordon I have been attracted to this inflator, but not sure if the combined length of 12v cable and yellow extension tube gets you to both rear tyres without disconnecting, are you able to access all your tyres on the new van?
