during the recent storms along by the clifs of moher in co clare a motorhome was blown across the road, hit a low wall & ended up on its side. the driver escaped injury. it seems there have been other such incidents like vans & other high sided vehicles in the past. tony

when the cops stopped the car they were told "they were just out for a spin". it don't look as if drugs or drink was involved. tony

in waterford a 13 year old driver was caught driving a car. both his parents were passengers in the car at the time. them parents should get jail. tony

hi. can anyone recommend an android tablet for google maps with GPS & a sim card slot, bearing in mind of using it whilst travelling in sunny weather. something in the price range of 80 to 100 approx. any ideas please. thanks tony

sad to see this. when the ferry from larne to troon was operating we used stay there going & coming it is only a few minutes from the port & you had morrisons supermarket nearby. very sad indeed. tony

i bought a navpal similar to this one in 2018 because they promised liftime map updates. since 2018 i got one update despite getting on to them. other then that i have no problem with it. tony

is it possible to download google maps from pc to a navpal (make) satnav ? thanks tony
